Welcome: Why I Am Writing About Astrology

Welcome to this space. Here I will share my thoughts on Vedic astrology, in plain and simple language. You can expect practical explainers on how different parts of a birth chart work, notes on current planetary transits and what they generally mean, and answers to the questions I get asked most often during consultations.

My aim with this blog is not to make astrology sound mysterious or complicated. Most of what a birth chart shows can be explained clearly, once you understand a few basic ideas. I want this to be a place where you can actually learn something useful, not just read vague, generic predictions.

If you are new to astrology, a good place to start is the Astrology Insights section, especially the guides at the top of that page. They cover the basics of how birth charts and planetary periods work. This blog will build on those basics with more specific and timely topics as we go along.
