Nature of Services

Astrology readings offered by Kunal Raut are for guidance, entertainment, and self-reflection. They are based on traditional Vedic astrology methods and are not scientifically proven predictions. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be treated as a guarantee of any outcome. Any decision you make based on a consultation is your own responsibility. If you are dealing with a medical, legal, or financial matter, please also consult a qualified professional in that field.

Who Can Use This Service

Our services are meant for adults aged 18 years and above. If you are under 18, a consultation should only be booked with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

Booking and Payment

Consultations are booked through WhatsApp. Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without prior notice. The final price and payment method will be confirmed with you at the time of booking, before the consultation is carried out. Payment must be completed as agreed before the session takes place, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As required under Indian consumer protection law, our cancellation and refund terms are set out clearly below:

• You may reschedule or cancel a booked consultation by messaging us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, for a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are eligible for rescheduling, but not a refund.
• If we are unable to conduct a session at the agreed time due to reasons on our end, you will be offered a full refund or a free rescheduling, whichever you prefer.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Confidentiality

Personal details and information shared during a consultation, including your birth details and anything discussed during the session, are kept confidential. We do not share this information with any third party except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All articles, blog posts, and other content published on this website are original work and belong to Kunal Raut. This content may not be copied, reproduced, or republished elsewhere without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Indian law, Kunal Raut and this website are not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions made based on an astrology consultation. Our services are offered on a good faith basis, using traditional Vedic astrology knowledge, and do not guarantee any specific outcome.

If you have any complaint about our services or this website, please write to our Grievance Officer using the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, in line with Indian regulations.
